“Sowena” is owned and run by Offshore Marine Solutions Ltd. Bookings are taken with the understanding that the Charter will only go ahead weather permitting and the Skippers decision is final.
25% deposit is required by Bank Transfer and is non refundable for bookings taken well in advance of date of Charter and full payment is required by Bank Transfer no later than 28 days prior to date of charter, all information will be supplied on your confirmation Invoice which will be sent after deposit is received.
Full Payment is required by Bank Transfer for any bookings made 7-10 days prior to date of Charter.
Other payment arrangements will be made for last minute bookings.
Cancellations by Owner- Full refunds will only be given if the Charter is cancelled due to weather (the Skippers decision is final) and an alternative date cannot be arranged.
Cancellations by you the customer – balance refunds will be only be given as follows
4 weeks prior to charter – Full refund
2 weeks prior to charter – 50% refund
1 week prior to charter – 25% refund
Deposits are non refundable
“Sowena” is covered by Third Party Cover up to a maximum of £5,000,000 and the certificate can be viewed onboard.
All Guests on board are asked to treat the boat and crew with respect and in the event of a claim for damages by you the customer then you will be liable for the Policy Excess
